Raquel’s Practice uses Brazilian dance — samba at the root, carnival as collective force — not as performance, but as technology. Samba is not what the media sold you: not sequins and feathers, not a perfect body parading for someone else's approval. Samba is democratic, political, ancestral. It is one of the most sophisticated technologies for personal and collective transformation that exists. It is resistance that became rhythm. It is the body refusing to be erased.
