  • 1. Missed Class Makeup:

    • Procedure:
      • Students may attend another class within the same session to make up for a missed session.
      • Coordinate with the instructor for approval and availability.

    2. Refund Policy:

    • Eligibility:

      • Refunds are only considered for documented medical conditions preventing extended class attendance.

    • Process:

      • Submit refund requests with medical documentation to levantasamba@gmail.com

    • Amount:

      • Refunds, if approved, are calculated based on remaining classes, excluding makeup classes plus 10% admin fees
